How does the free trial work?
Sign in at app.leanflowhq.com with a Google account and create your workspace - it automatically starts on a 14-day Professional trial with all features unlocked. No credit card, no sales call. When the trial ends, your documents, training records, and audit history stay intact; only AI features pause until you pick a plan.
What happens when we use all our AI credits?
AI features pause until your pool resets on the 1st of the month - there are no overage charges. Everything else (editing, approvals, training, audits, checklists) keeps working normally. If you're consistently running out, that's usually the signal to move up a tier or talk to us about a custom credit pool.
How do we subscribe or change plans?
Today, we set plans up for you directly - email support@leanflowhq.com or book a call, and we'll activate your plan the same business day. Self-serve checkout is coming soon.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes - pay annually and get 2 months free: Starter $2,990/year, Professional $6,990/year, Enterprise $14,990/year. We send a single annual invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer. Monthly stays available if you prefer the flexibility.
Is pricing per user?
No - each plan covers your whole organization up to its seat allowance. We price this way deliberately: Standard Work only works when everyone on the floor can access it, and per-seat pricing punishes you for rolling it out widely.
What if we need more seats or credits than Enterprise includes?
Talk to us. Credit pools and seat allowances are adjustable for multi-site rollouts and heavy AI usage - we'd rather tailor the plan than have you ration it.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. If you cancel, you keep read access to your documents and records - your quality history is yours.
